Supreme Court rules warrantless home gun confiscation is unconstitutional in 9-0 vote

AMN-

The Supreme Court ruled Monday that warrantless gun confiscation from Americans’ homes is unconstitutional, voting unanimously on the side of a Rhode Island man whose firearms were taken by law enforcement without a warrant after his wife expressed concerns that he might hurt himself.

  1. It’s really fucking sad that I can read about something awesome like this decision, and have to wonder “what’s their angle?” Even for something good, I’ve learned to assume ulterior motives from the Supreme Court.

  2. …So between this and the upcoming abortion decision, Roberts starts seeing that guy with the photo envelope at every court session, the junior justices have the REST of their “book deal” explained to them, the guy who did Scalia puts in another order for pillows, BLM forms up for riot duty on the steps and, and Democrats start packing the court in 3…2…1…

  3. Thirdtwin: Yup. The democrats will ignore this decision and proceed full speed toward passing red flag laws. Just like they ignored other SC decisions, like Heller and MacDonald. Stare Decisis only applies to rulings the left agrees with.
