I have to question whether or not he will actually fire on those who are also muslim. According to my understanding, muslim is not to make war on other muslims, unless they are hypocrites (okay, there is the shia and sunni split, and they fight tooth and nail, but when it comes to dealing with kaffirs, they will come together).
