But without Russia in the tournament, it overall doesn’t mean a lot. Russia would have added an element of greater competition. It should have been Five Nations. Russia has not been allowed to compete as a country in any international sporting events since the Uke war started.
Even Hitler didn’t interfere with the 1936 Olympics as much as these little weenies that run international sports tournaments, like the International Ice Hockey Federation. I say no more US money to these sports organizations.
