Breitbart: In an interview with the Jerusalem Post, Senator and presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) spoke about the current wave of violence in Israel and its connection to the Iranian nuclear deal, which Cruz remains determined to halt.
Cruz expressed disappointment with the Republican leadership in Congress for failing to take actions he proposed for blocking the Iran nuclear deal. He mentioned a letter he wrote to Senate Majority LeaderSen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and House Speaker Rep. John Boehner (R-OH), in which he noted that the full deal was not submitted to Congress as required by the Congressional Review Act, making it illegal for the Administration to begin lifting sanctions against Iranian entities.
Knowing that such legal niceties mean little to President Obama, Cruz wanted congressional leaders to “make abundantly clear to each of the banks that are in possession of the frozen billions of dollars that whether or not Obama chooses to disregard or ignore federal law does not exonerate those banks from the obligation to follow binding federal statutes.” He wanted to advise the banks they would be held liable for releasing money to Iran in response to Administration decrees that ran contrary to federal law. Apparently any missive Cruz sent to McConnell or Boehner might as well have been sent to the Administration. It is clearer now than ever, that they function as one.
And people ask me why I like Cruz? He is clear on islamofacism.
OK, Ted, actually, we knew that.
But, please enlighten us as to WHY they are traitors? WHY have they sold America out to the izlamists and socialists?
I simply cannot fathom what inducements could sway me to sell out my country.

Yeah, but I’m a little dismayed that he voted for the Corker abortion way back when that puts us in this position in the first place. What was he thinking?
Inducements? There’s always a big enough bribe, or extortion. Or both.
I’m 62 yrs old, have everything I need, and most of the stuff I want, and am still married to the girl I fell in love with in Chemistry class in the 11th grade. There ain’t no bribe big enough and in the age of Bruce Jenner, Bawney Fwank, Woody Allen, Roman Polansky, the corrupt Kennedy clan, and the corrupt, murdering Clintons – what the hell they gonna extort?
