Tennessee: Muslim woman sues Walmart for discrimination after being fired from West Knoxville store

Geller Report:

Another Muslim workplace lawsuit in order to impose Islam on the workplace. This is what they do.

In the lawsuit filed Wednesday, attorneys for Fadumo Sardeye accused her managers and coworkers for harassing her for the religious accommodations she requested. Those incidents listed in the federal complaint include initially denying her vacation request during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan and demanding she show where in the Quran it says she could not touch pork products or alcohol.”

The reality is this: “Walmart fired Sardeye on Nov. 15, 2017, citing too many attendance issues.” She was fired because she wasn’t showing up for her job. Now she is trying to demonize and penalize Walmart for firing her, and to force Walmart to accept even more accommodation of Islamic mores.

Islamic supremacists chip, chip, chip away at the establishment clause, and in doing so, impose Islam on the secular marketplace. Muslim lawsuits against Hertz, Wal-Mart, Target, Disney and a host of other American businesses for special rights and special accommodation have been largely successful creating a special rights for a special class of people — which is an accordance with Islam (in which Muslims are superior to the kuffar). But it goes against every American tenet of individual rights and separation of mosque and state.  more here

  1. The court said the Christian baker had to bake the goddamn cake for the fag wedding so ring up my goddamn pork chops and hand me my fucking six pack of Fat Tire.

Check your Muzzloid privilege at the Statue of Liberty. She wasn’t wearing a fucking burqa and a hijab. She’s standing there alone. In public. Without her husband’s, father’s or brother’s permission.

And if you don’t like it, you are free to go back to your shithole.

The solution is to never higher a Muzzloid and you won’t have this problem. She can go work at al-Mart.

  2. And I edited 5 times and still let “higher” get through instead of hire.

Here in Tennessee, we have a Tyson chicken plant near Shelbyville that capitulated to Muzzloid takeover of their factory so they could ditch Labor Day for Eid-al-Fitr and shut production down to pray to Mecca five times a day along with recognizing all Muzzloid holidays.

When you import all of your labor from Somalia with help from state Republicans who just want to help a lifelong Democrat donor like Tyson out, you find yourself the captive to their demands.

Which is why: a) I will never, under any circumstances, buy any chicken from Tyson and b) why Snopes continues to be completely full of shit because they claim the story is false over hairsplitting whether Tyson or the employee union negotiated it and they just agreed and/or split the baby with a paid-time off day that anyone could take for any reason after blowback.

The al-Mart story probably isn’t even real though. She was fired over attendance problems and some enterprising podunk Avenazi is ginning up tales of bigotry from small town America against our most vulnerable minorities trope.

  3. Have at it honey as you are just doing what you know will work. She is just taking advantage of what our country is becoming, a country of fucking pussies built by liberals.

  4. Just sayin’ here: how is it that this Muslim woman can work among men without having her family with her?
Is it any wonder that Islamic states don’t have any economy beyond Oil?
How could they conduct or work any business with all their crazy rules.

  5. I handled these kinds of cases in the 80s for several large corporations (in those days it was only race and sex discrimination.) None succeeded on my watch.

Whether the 95% of these cases that are frivolous prevail used to turn on how they were handled in-house by the legal department well before they got to litigation. (E.g. company procedures pre-firing, getting ducks in a row, forceful investigations and dealing with the EEOC, etc.)

But my experience in this was before the internet was able to turn every frivolous case into a PR nightmare.
