Whenever the GOP appears on Fox or in front of any cameras they should make a statement blaming Schumer for forcing the nuclear option and reminding them that the good senator threatened the filibuster without even a candidate being named. Say it again and again and at some point the public will realize it was the Dems who forced the Republicans to use the tool created by the Democrats to bypass a Senate tradition and rule.
