Principia-Scientific International – The American Journal of Medicine now (Jan. 2021) recommends Hydroxychloroquine, Azithromycin, and Zinc for the treatment of Covid 19 outpatients.
The irony is this is the treatment that former US President, Donald Trump promoted last year. The timing, right after the election, is interesting.

This article outlines key pathophysiological principles that relate to the patient with early infection treated at home. Therapeutic approaches based on these principles include 1) reduction of reinoculation, 2) combination antiviral therapy, 3) immunomodulation, 4) antiplatelet/antithrombotic therapy, and 5) administration of oxygen, monitoring, and telemedicine. Future randomized trials testing the principles and agents discussed will undoubtedly refine and clarify their individual roles; however, we emphasize the immediate need for management guidance in the setting of widespread hospital resource consumption, morbidity, and mortality.

Charlie, seems like there might be a bit of a shortage. It took 2-3 weeks to receive my meds. Had I been tested positive I would have received them quicker, but just to have on hand in case I developed symptoms it took a while.

HCQ: 6.5-15mg/kg PO in divided loading dose the first day, followed by 400-1000mg/day in divided doses for 4-9 additional days.
Zinc: Use zinc acetate or gluconate lozenges (with minimal excipients and flavorings) to provide 18-25 mg of ionized zinc taken every 4-6 hours during days on HCQ. Alternately, zinc picolinate 25 mg BID-QID may be used.
Azithromycin: 500mg PO on day 1, followed by 250mg daily for 4 more days

India has rejected/banned Pfizer’s application to administer the vax there, probably because the risks associated with are bigger than the benefits now that they have a good solid treatment yielding a 95% reduction in hospital visits
They discovered waaaay back in late August that a combination of Ivermectin. Zinc, and Doxycycline when administered soon after symptoms occur, mitigates the disease impact and pretty much eliminates hospital visits. Pay close attention to the infection rate decrease beginning in late September when India’s government distributed this regimen. The cost??? Less than $3US

If a foreign country had set up a blockade to deny us a drug that could have resolved a pandemic which cost us whatever tens of thousands of lives it actually was and which also caused trillions of dollars in econ damage … we would have carpet bombed their cities

Do you realize how many lives could have been saved if this was embraced out the outset? What was done last year by the media and Congressmen were criminal.
