Sea level rise because of AGW. No doubt.
Oh My, Where will people go to gaze at the ocean now?
Just think of all the tourist dollars lost. Tragic.
Too bad somebody wasn’t kite-surfing under it at the time.
The arch in Cabo San Lucas beats it any day.
“Geologists attributed the collapse to years of sea swelling erosion.”
You mean exactly what created it?
MOOCHelle Obama walked on it and her fat ass made it collapse and she plunged into the sea.
But like a buoyant turd that won’t flush, she floated up to the surface and swam to shore.
Here’s the guy who caused it.

You could rebuild it easily
What a shame.
Heck, Arches National Monument in Utah has over 2000 arches and they’re constantly falling down – – at least one every thousand years or so.
The Mediterranean is pretty hard core and scary. Beautiful, but scary. I lived on one of the islands for 4 or 5 years and I don’t ever remember the sea being ‘calm’. lol
Petrus – It’s because of guys like that they had to start writing tickets for people walking on it. Eek.
I always wanted to see that. Have to settle for pictures now.
What, no video? The link title says “Watch…”
Assholes….
@MJA The Mediterranean is pretty hard core and scary..
Yep, it’s an unpredictable place. I spent 3 months there in 1973 on a destroyer. I’ve seen it as flat as glass, and also went through some storms that tore off or bent large steel spools on deck that held lines used to tie the ship to the pier. The storms convinced me that being on a submarine was the place to be. Where mostly we weren’t aware of storms at sea.
Let’s see: First the Sequoia Tunnel Tree collapsed, now this.
What’s next – The Itsukushima Shrine (å³å³¶ē„ē¤¾ļ¼near Hiroshima?
“Azure Window has encountered a critical problem and will attempt to restart automatically in one minute. Please take your tourist pictures now.”

Maybe Atlantis will arise again.
