On several occasions Trump has not been allowed to present evidence showing no wrong doing. I don’t see this going any different and he’s already been convicted by the media.

Back in New York, Trump lost in a
New York appeals court ruling (5-0) to dismiss Letitia James fraud case. 250 million in damages & barred from doing any business in the state of New York is what the lawsuit seeks. Don Jr & Eric are also defendants.
