And I thought my Mattel Tommy Burp was cool when I was young.
We had toy guns, machine guns, bazookas, BB guns, bows and arrows, toy army soldiers and vehicles, etc, but if we had a 1/2 scale operational tank – Hoo Boy THAT would be THE hit of the neighborhood!!
Pfft, but what were their pronouns?
I used to want my own tank years ago. But today, I’m over 70 and would rather have a “pew-pew-pew” particle weapon while my vision is still good. But I would settle for a laser that makes hole clear through people’s heads.
I’d a had fun making models of TOW missiles with Estes engines in ’em!
The pronouns were SIEG and HEIL!
Jaw drops! Will ask a few friends who grew up in East Ger,any if they participated. All of the Mark Felton videos are good as is his book on Operation Cowboy ‘Ghost Riders: When US and German Soldiers Fought Together to Save the World’s Most Beautiful Horses in the Last Days of World War II’. Very little written on topic until this book.
“Holy krap “ indeed!
Up until now, I didn’t know Mark Felton had a sense of humor.
And libtards blasted “Red Dawn” as “unrealistic!”
@Eugenia
In ’96 I was at a company school and one of the students was from the former East Germany. His family planned, paid bribes, and finally set out through then Checkozlivakia and then into Wast Germany. When they made into West Germany after 10 to 12 days, they found out that the Berlin wall had been smashed and that the Democratic Peoples Republic of Germany was no more.
His story took an hour plus to tell and was absolutely riveting. I really have not done it justice.
But one thing he did say was that he saw growing in America the same thinking that he saw in East Germany, and that he hoped it would never take hold.
I wish his hope had come true..
We have no wall or border to go through to escape the coming “Democratic Republic of America.
I just want to vomit.
