When you really get down to it. A 65″ TV and a $600 phone is a pretty compelling deal. Especially when Cheezy Poofs and gasoline are so cheap.
And that’s exactly it. They’re all on the same side, Demicrat or Republican. They feast off of middle class families and get rich. Ask yourself who is the outsider? Who does not fit this mold. There’s only one.
When you throw in all the sales taxes, excise taxes, property taxes and any number of other taxes on electric bills, gas bills, cell phone bills and etc, you are looking at more like 60% tax rate.
Taxes are the glue that bind our two party coalition together!
Gov’ts, both State and Fed, make more off each gallon of gasoline than the “evil” oil companies.
You buy or inherit your land, work it like a slave for your whole life, and the gov’t can (legally) steal it from you if you miscalculate your taxes by a buck.
The gov’t passed the laws which allow the “banksters” to steal everything that isn’t tied down, as long as they share with the pols who passed those laws – including BS.
The Unions are subsidized by the taxpayers who are then fucked by those same Unions at the behest of the pols who are subsidized by those Unions.
Academia is forcibly subsidized by the taxpayers by the pols who siphon off some of that money while Academia trashes “middle America” and extols the “virtues” of socialism at the expense of “middle America.”
We live in trying times.

Plus if you add in what the organized crime racket known as the American Bar Association (of which most congressmen and senators are members as well as the Obamas and Clintons) we really end up getting to keep less than 1/3 of the money we earn. The government/ABA gets 2/3. Yes they are screwing us over.
