townhall: The FBI released a series of email documents Friday afternoon detailing the Department of Justice response to the fallout of the secret Phoenix tarmac meeting between Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton in June 2016. The dates on the emails range from July 1-3, 2016. On July 5, 2016, FBI Director James Comey announced former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would not face criminal charges for mishandling classified information. 
A series of emails show one FBI official, whose name and email are redacted, fuming over leaks to the media about the meeting and what happened on the tarmac. The official received an email from a “layman” alleging a local Phoenix police officer who may have talked to a reporter “sounds like a security threat.” Officials went back and forth about finding out if the officer was SWAT or simply worked the motorcade and that “at a minimum” he should never work another detail again. One asked if local law enforcement assisting the FBI on motorcades should sign non-disclosure agreements in the future. Another official called an Observer article about the meeting, with details about how President Clinton got to Lynch’s private plane, “infuriating.” read more here

What’s so troublesome about all the congressional hearings is that there’s been no mention of the FBI’s head of counterespionage even by Congressmen like Jim Jordan. Are they playing us too?
The Secret Service and FBI were more concerned about the
“political” fallout of the meeting between lynch and clinton than the American citizen’s right to know of the increasingly perceived collusion.
Just as the Secret Services shielded the pubic and media from Hillary’s feinting spell in NYC when she was led stumbling to the van.
The secret services became another “tool” of the Hillary Campaign. Are their duties to include “political” protection and personal protection?
Are the Secret Service Agents, like the FBI and DOJ, a bunch of strategically placed political hacks?
Their next meeting should be in the big house.
If they’ve taken the attitude of a praetorian guard of rulers they need to go. America has no place for them.

Speaking and communicating are two different things. They could have shared notes that communicated the underhanded arrangements. Their “assistants” could have held the underhanded discussion.
Any prosecutor worthy of that job would know this and ask the appropriate questions to reveal that info during questioning…unless they were in on it too.
What a sad state this country is in. Our elected representatives are spending more time and money investigating each other than they are doing the people’s work.
They are a disgusting bunch who care only about keeping their power.

The reporter who broke the news is Christopher Sign (former University of Alabama football player). He was a rookie TV news anchor here and then when to Arizona. He is now back in the Birmingham market as the ABC co-anchor on their nightly news. He doesn’t get mentioned a lot in this sordid story and cannot imagine the crap he got either.

The cop who revealed this illicit meeting should be promoted.

Yeah, it’s the cop’s fault that the FBI and Secret Service did nothing to stop an obviously illegal meeting that could only have been meant for obstruction of justice. Typical FBI… Always find the most innocent or non-powerful person in the whole thing and screw them, just like what happened with that YouTube video maker after Benghazi… He spent a year in prison to bolster what was otherwise a completely preposterous narrative. Same thing here. The preposterous narrative is that it was just a social call between an ex-POTUS and spouse of a POTUS candidate being investigated for a crime and the sitting Attorney General… who didn’t really know each other before that.
If nothing underhanded was done during the LL & BC meeting there would be no reason for anyone to be upset the meeting was made known to the public. The amount of anger about it becoming known is a good indicator of how corrupt it was. If there was any justice many well known names will soon be behind bars along with several mostly unknown people in high places.
However, the system is corrupt, the extent not surprising after 8 years of the Obama crime family, I honestly don’t think a single person will spend an hour behind bars or pay a dime in fines. Everyone walks with some being paid a bonus, and a bump up in retirement benefits. The only results from these reports is to farther upset the honest citizen.
So did anybody ask why the corrupt FBI agent’s names were redacted? We should be allowed to know.
