Justice Department Official Ed Martin has been investigating the pardons issued by Joe Biden. They might not have been legal. The autopen has been a controversial aspect of the White House; some argue that it’s unconstitutional. Martin falls in the camp that it’s fine, but the president must be cogent about its use. There must be a paper trail and direct orders from the president to use this device to sign pardons and grant clemency, of which thousands were issued supposedly by President Drool-in-Soup. Martin claimed a senior Democratic Party whistleblower came forward. Some names were offered as being the ringleaders, namely Anita Dunn, Bob Bauer, Neera Tanden, Elizabeth Warren, and Ron Klain.
Biden White House Chief of Staff Jeffrey D. Zients and Staff Secretary Stefanie Feldman can be added to this list, though these two might be the more concrete of the cabal that’s been reportedly named. Have you noticed the overwhelming increase in the stories emanating out of the DOJ/FBI? Have you asked yourself why?
The only thing that would satisfy me is a physical piece of paper with Joe Spud’s handwritten signature (or at least initials) saying something such as, “I authorize the use of the autopen to sign pardons for the following people:” with a list of names.
For individual items such as EOs, there’s no excuse for failing to sign the actual document unless Spud was away from his White Hut and wanted immediate effect. But even in that case, there needs to be a follow-up authorization actually signed or initialed.
Anything else is invalid, null, void, ineffective, bogus, phony, illegal, and fraudulent.
I can no longer trust anything the government tells me or shows me. NOTHING!

Right after Biden was inaugurated he signed executive order after executive order after executive order ad-infinity for viewing audience. The fifteen hundred pardons in his final week would have been easy for him to do in the same public manner if they were legit. But now Biden says it was too many for him to sign without autopen. He and his administration’s dissembling is criminal.
Zero accountability guaranteed. The next line from Trump will be that there is NO AUTOPEN.
He is on video saying he authorized the autopen. I didn’t see the video, so I don’t know if he just answered yes to a question or really said a full sentence.
I doubt if he knew anything about the staff using the auto pen when they did. “They” probably told him that he did authorized it just before the video so he would just repeat what they said.
I don’t believe he knew anything about it.
