Well, whoever was told to put the sign up put up the smallest possible sign. Chances are they weren’t happy about it either.
I would have missed that small of a sign. Good thing I carry concealed. They’d never know if I was carrying or not.

In my state a sign like that can be ignored.
If they find out you have a gun on you, they can ask you to leave and it’s trespassing if you don’t, but you’re not violating any statute.
The only one here that carries weight is a 10.06 sign. Specific size, specific sized lettering, specific words. Carries legal consequences if breached. All else are just signs.
We have giggled and pointed at many a hand scribbled “no guns aloud” signs taped to cash registers and near entry points as we enter establishments without a 10.06 posted.
This one looks so generic I wouldn’t be surprised if it was put there unofficially.
