  1. I was a photographer’s assistant in the early 80. We did most of that stuff . The raw meat that we stained brown is what I remember most.

And remember “sEx in the ice cubes” in the 70s? “Subliminal Seduction”, baby.

  2. I made a conscious decision to not watch or look at advertising sometime in the early ’80s. It’s all junk food for the mind.

There’s only one tee vee commercial I find memorable and cracks me up every time I look it up on the YouTubes. It’s a fat, red-haired guy dancing with a cast iron frying pan for some kind of Old El Paso meal thing. (I’ve never bought Old El Paso anything.)

  3. Let me guess … there’re actually some really dumb people who believe that ANYTHING they see on TV or in advertisements are real?

That would explain support for Kamel-Ho, et.al.

Also explains why diesel containers carry a “Do Not Drink” warning.

  4. Wasn’t that somewhat of a sub-plot of “Falling Down?”
(stupid title – you can’t fall up – even when the Retarded Pedophile Usurper Joey falls as he climbs stairs, though the stair he misses is higher than the one he’s on, his torso moves towards the Earth)

Not really being picky – I don’t much GAF – it’s just that Hollyweird sucks.
