The Jackboots Have Arrived – NYPD Begins Arresting Unvaccinated Americans During Indoor COVID Compliance Checks

CTH: Comrades, many American citizens stood jaw agape as they watched Australian metropolitan police departments begin cracking skulls and making arrests for violating COVID rules and restrictions. Yes, it always seemed like Australia, New Zealand and Europe were the beta testing ground to see if police would comply with jackboot arrests of their own community.

Well, now we can see those same tactics being deployed in the U.S.

New York City was the first large metropolitan area to require vaccination identification cards to enter restaurants, bars, dining establishments and various public and private venues.  Now comes the enforcement part.

Watch this video below to see the New York Police Department (NYPD) start deploying vaccination police, and making arrests of people who do not present papers to prove their status. WATCH

  1. “WW3 is upon us. We are in the midst of a global, psychological warfare. Under the guise of COVID-19, governments worldwide have declared war on their people for full totalitarian control.”

  2. Remember when the NYPD killed a guy for selling loose cigarettes?

As part of a specific DIVISION of the NYPD that did NOTHING all day but arrest people for not collecting NY taxes on cigarettes?

…if you do, this shouldn’t surprise you one bit…

  3. Remember…. It is damn near impossible to posses a firearm in NYC.
AND THAT… is why they feel no fear in rounding up the peasant class.
Let’em try that shit in the Tennessee Valley or the Appalachian Hills.

  4. It isn’t really surprising to see a few politicians doubling down in the final stages of the plandemic – but it is surprising to see how many cops and others are willing to carry out their evil and purposeless deeds.

  5. They are organized protesters on our and extraordinarily disciplined and diverse. They enter a restaurant bypass the hostess to sit at empty tables without vax cards and ask for service. This forces the establishment to call the police because they don’t want to create a scene in their own restaurant but are caught between vaxxers and non-vaxxers. The police are responding with what can only be described as a ridiculous presence to make it look like Nazi germany. In a way it’s brilliant. So for now it’s not random, but how it plays may force Adams to drop the mandates since none of it really makes any sense and is negatively impacting New York City in so many ways.

  6. So let’s back the Blue; the frontline of violating your Constitutional rights!
Notice how tyrants only do this in places where the citizenry has mostly been disarmed?
Try this bullshit in rural TX – see what happens.

  7. Let’s be clear here because some of you seem confused, These people were not arrested for not having a vac card, they were arrested for criminal trespassing.

Christy944 mentioned it above. Organized groups are invading NYC restaurants, bypassing the hostess and staging “sit ins” inside. Yes, it is under the pretense of protesting the vac mandate but if you believe that is the real issue then you also gullibly believe those khaki-panted buffoons marching at the Capitol last month were real white supremacists.

Of course, the vac mandate is bullshit, but don’t paint these arrested protestors as heroes. Do they have ABTIFA/BLM sympathies and is their real motivation to de-fund the police? I don’t know for sure but don’t always believe the headlines.

  8. It does look organized, but by whom? The article notes events at The Cheesecake Factory and Applebee’s, both corporate chains. Not the sort of cuisine I would risk arrest for. (I’d be all about drawing attention to the difficulties the mandates and passports impose on the mom & pop pizzeria on the corner or the entrepreneurial chef whose cafe revitalized the neighborhood but: Applebees? Seriously?)

This has the hallmarks of political performance art directed by experienced groups who may be taking advantage of useful idiots to embarrass the cops and extort the chain restaurants. (BTW: Main side effect of government Covid policies is pervasive cynicism of the populace.)

  9. “vaccination identification cards”

If I have a card that says I’m not vaccinated, I should be good, right? Mandates aren’t laws. Covid isn’t a pandemic. The ‘Black Death’ killed 1 in 3 in Europe, that’s a pandemic.

  10. Any questions remaining regarding why ammo is selling out faster than it can be put on the shelf for retail sale should be answered right here in this video. The answer to why anyone needs a high capacity magazine likewise.

  11. Good lord. Why would anyone, vaccinated or not, want to visit such a fucked up place as NYC. They arrest people for trying to get lunch without the “right paperwork” but let violent felons (who are almost assuredly not vaccinated) run free anywhere they want.

Democrats are the scum of the fucking Earth, and should never be treated like they’re anything other than just that.

  12. AT Rich Taylor: Doesn’t matter if it is Antifa, or BLM. I don’t care if it was Joy Ried, Al Sharpton, and Michael Moore, in this case they are right, and I would support them. An enemy of tyranny is an ally in this case.
If you lived in the early sixties, would you have Rosa Park arrested for sitting in the front of the bus? would you support those Black people who sat at the counter at Woolworths, or would you have them arrested?
As a retired NYC Corrections officer, I know several NYPD officers I normally support them I know they have a difficult job, It is a difficult job without the politics even worse when you have an asshole mayor like D’bag but that does not excuse behavior like this. As for the restaurant owner/manager who called the cops SHAME ON HIM ! HE/SHE is no better then the rat that turned in Jews in Nazi Germany or the citizens that turned in political dissidents in East Germany to the Stasi.
The Holocaust didn’t Start the minute Hitler took power it was a gradual progression starting, arguably in 1880 (year before Hitler was born) with the Antisemite petition. Each small step after that, had citizens supporting and encouraging the tyranny along they way and few spoke up, those that did often paid dearly with their lives or their freedom. Resistance at all levels is now imperative EVERYONE must choose a side, their can be no sitting on the sideline any longer

  13. Their house their rules. These places are calling LE because they don’t want to get fined by the Communists NYC residents elected. LE should refuse to enforce FUCKING HEALTH CODES. Especially when violent crimes off the charts.

  14. @seaoh

You do realize that this restaurant is private property and that these “protestors” were not arrested for not having a vax card but for criminal trespassing? You assume these restaurant owners support this dopey rule. Maybe they just want to stay in business and keep their employees working so they abide by rules they don’t like for fear of getting fined to bankruptcy. If you owned a restaurant and 50 protestors forced their way in, could not produce vax cards then refused to leave, what would you do?

Your Rosa Parks analogy is specious, city buses were governed by the rules of public accommodation, restaurants aren’t, they can refuse service for things like no shirt, no shoes, or any other health/safety infraction that would get them fined.

“As for the restaurant owner/manager who called the cops SHAME ON HIM ! HE/SHE is no better then the rat that turned in Jews in Nazi Germany or the citizens that turned in political dissidents in East Germany to the Stasi.”

OK, now I know you are just ranting, seriously? But thanks for the history lesson on the Nazi’s, Godwin would give you a high five.

  15. Actually, restaurants are governed by public accommodations law. Don’t believe that? try opening a restaurant and posting a sign out front that says whites only. or we don’t serve homosexuals. point is sooner or later tyranny has to be fought to preserve freedom. Civil disobedience on a mass scale is often the best tactic, If enough people engage in civil disobedience violence can be avoided. yes, you might get arrested yes, you might lose money even your business. The alternative is to live as a slave and eventually lose your business anyway while you watch helplessly as your country turns to shit. There is also the eternal to consider, one day you will be judged by God the “I was just following orders” will be as useful then as it was in Nuremburg.

  16. “restaurants are governed by public accommodations law.”

Yes, but unlike public buses, federal anti-discrimination laws allow restaurants to refuse service to any person for any reason unless the refusal targets a specific protected class of people.

    https://www.mydoorsign.com/blog/right-to-refuse-service-to-anyone/

“In general, refusal of service is justified in cases where a customer’s presence interferes with the safety and well-being of other patrons and the establishment itself. The most basic examples of this include patrons who are unreasonably rowdy, patrons lacking adequate hygiene, and those accompanied by large groups of non-customers.”

“Civil disobedience on a mass scale is often the best tactic”

And a privately owned restaurant has to shut down its means of making a living to accommodate such civil disobedience? So I guess you would be just fine if a large group of protestors exercised this disobedience in your front living room. Do you think it’s cool when freeways are shut down, bridges, hospitals or airports, all to accommodate someone’s right to protest?

“one day you will be judged by God”

I guess Nazi’s wasn’t enough, now you bring up God? Lool, [sigh!]
