They did it with crowdfunding.

Isn’t there a person in need somewhere, you know, who could use the cash wasted on this?

They’d been better of sending it to Mexico so poor asylum seekers can hang onto it and float over the border.

  8. A Christian blogger made a funny comment about the Trump balloon. He said that kids around the world love balloons, and since it is a big baby, floating it above London can be seen as London announcing a pro-life stance.

    I’m thinking those “clever” individuals who came up with this balloon would be appalled by that idea.

  10. I was confused after reading the kick starter. They made a 6 meter baby to depict what they call an orange sex pest. So, a baby is a sex pest and it’s orange to depict Trump. I still don’t get it.

    4chan/pol/ says they are coming after the balloon with knife wielding drones.

    No need to get fancy. A decent laser could burn holes in it very quickly as it won’t be very far off the ground (30 meters limit). I’ve got a 1.25 W Class IV blue laser that would be perfect (Note: that’s watts, not milliwatts).

    But I’ll be damned if I’ll ever fly internationally again, and even if I did London would NOT be on my list of places to go.

  21. @Ann Thracts….d’oh! I don’t do Twitter, so that flew right over my head.

    And after a close look at that balloon, it actually seems rather small. I think the ultimate effect will be less the Pink Floyd “Pigs” and more the Spinal Tap “Stonehenge”.

  25. Trump would probably find it funny and in a way a compliment in that so many euro weenies hated him. Then he’d comment that even in England he creates jobs.
