One writer for the BBC complained that Gorsuch was “playing into a GOP talking point” by wishing the audience a Merry Christmas. One self-proclaimed comedian was disgusted that Gorsuch “made a point to say Merry Christmas.” A handful of Media Matters’ miserable employees voiced disgust too at the friendly comment.
A tweet yesterday from Dan drove liberals, who didn’t realize they were being trolled, even crazier.

Merry Christmas to all and to all have a very Merry Christmas time this year. I have been wearing a red and white Santa hat the last 2 weeks to work and everywhere else and have wished everyone I meet a Merry Christmas and no one has said a negative word about it. I have been called Santa a lot though and next year I’ll grow my beard out more to look like the jolly old elf. It’s a lot of fun and I enjoy it.
Wait until they realize the derivation of ‘holidays’.
A friend, who is an Episcopal priest, added that technically we are in Advent. Christmas doesn’t hit until December 25. But I don’t think we are going to wish people ‘Happy Advent’ – or should expect questioning faces if we do. 🙂
If “Merry Christmas” causes the least bit of upset to a liberal, they LOSE!
This means they ARE NOT INCLUSIVE. They do NOT EMBRACE DIVERSITY. They are DISMISSIVE TO THE FEELINGS OF OTHERS.
In other words, they are guilty of EXACTLY what they accuse conservatives of. EXCEPT, not one conservative believes speaking the phrase “Merry Christmas” is anything other than an invitation to share joy. Christ is born, hope is rewarded, and you are loved.

I read an article this morning about one of the people working behind the scenes on the reboot of “Roseanne,” who wished someone “Merry Christmas” and was reported to HR.

When they say happy holidays, I say and what holiday are you referring to?
We always have to send out cards for my work. I always sign the “holiday” cards with a Merry Christmas even though I’m an atheist. If anybody complains, I get to be a victim too.
I have noticed more and more people are using MERRY CHRISTMAS since Trump.
