It was always designed to be just the transitional phase between the original capitalist/insurer/nonprofit healthcare that we had, and the final goal of dictatorial Federal Medicaid for all (except the elites).
Once the Feds directly control who lives and which individuals/family members/demographics/political party members are ‘denied care’, then control becomes absolute.
