Duh, you live amongst pollen, quit breathing! Living things are all around you shedding. It’s painful for me to have explain this.
That’s not pollen. They’re cedar spores Those are a type of cedar tree that grows in the south. I have two of those @#%*! trees close to my house and for about 2 weeks in spring the wind blows and they look like they are about to burst into flames. Headaches and runny noses ensue…..
Pollen Lives Matter!
We get a lot of green pine pollen certain times of the year. That’s when I have to wash my truck.
They say if you take bee pollen it helps with the allergic reaction.
We get the “Yellow Peril” every year in SC from the pine trees around April. We’ve got 3 or 4 cedars, but I’ve never seen this. Damn.
This summer is the worst I remember. I’ve had allergies all my life, but they usually are calm in the summertime.
After this past brutally f’d up winter the trees & plants are redoubling their efforts.
Darth – “See that you do.”
My allergist tells me if the pollen has large enough spores to see, it’s not causing the problem.
That makes no sense. Dust causes problems, and pollen is made up of many spores, large and small.

Quick! Hand me my Zyrtec and Nasacort!
