It is the moment the people of a western New York town have been waiting for.
The winning design for the Town of Hamburg water tower was unveiled on Saturday and it was none other than a hamburger.
Hamburg resident Dylan Cownies design was selected for the water tower.
Cownie spoke told News10NBC Buffalo affiliate, WGRZ, he really loves burgers and wanted to create a design for a burger he’d want to eat.
Now that a design is in place the next step is financing the project. It is a solely community supported project funded through fundraisers.
