My heart goes out to those Covington students. Innocent lambs, drawn into a situation they did not understand and then they are the ones vilified by ignorant press people and those on social media who are full of hate and judgment because it is ok to disparage white men (and boys).

I searched through all the available names of those people and orgs who are receiving the letters, but didn’t see Phillips’ name or any of his affiliations anywhere.
I didn’t (couldn’t bring myself to) watch all this as it was happening. Phillips sounds just as you’d expect someone who is used to fudging the truth to sound. Smarmy, shifty and disingenuous. Especially his description of events at both the D.C. function and his accusations against the people having a party on the other side of the fence. This guy apparently goes around looking for crowds of people into which to insert himself and his ridiculous indian schtick in order to extort them for personal gain. It’s unfortunate we have no genuine journalists who would get to the bottom of when Phillips starting doing this and how his phony con has bought influence.
