A video went viral showing a woman not wearing a mask at a football game in Logan, Ohio, and a police officer tasing her, putting her in handcuffs and taking her away. However, she was arrested on school property for criminal trespassing, not for not wearing a mask, the Logan Police Department said.
The woman, identified as Alecia D. Kitts was free to leave the stadium if she did not wish to wear a mask. The school district had established the rule that spectators at the game were required to wear a mask to attend, which was widely publicized before and as spectators entered the game, The Marietta Times reported.

Maybe she wasn’t tazed for not wearing a mask, but, in the end, it was because she wasn’t following the ruling class dictates (at least if I am reading this correctly). The school said that if she didn’t want to wear a mask, she could leave. She didn’t do either, so they were trying to remove her. This tells me that she was thrown out (and tazed) because she refused to wear the mask on school grounds and per school rules.
I am not saying it was right, and maybe I am misreading things. Correct me if I am wrong.

I’m a little foggy on this report. As I read it she was trespassing. She was not wearing a mask. Some one tells her she can stay if she puts on a required mask? She won’t put on the required mask? She won’t leave? The taser was used primarily because??? What dots are missing?
One picture shows her being walked out—and cheerleaders about 10 feet away are turned watching the fiasco—and NOT ONE of the cheerleaders is wearing a mask.

Criminal trespass is a fairly standard charge when schools are dealing with adults they don’t want around for whatever reason.
Ohio regs for masks state that medical waivers are allowed. She told them she has asthma. Does she have to bring a doctor’s note?
If she said she had a medical problem which doesn’t allow her to wear one, well she still got tazed. I’m sure that helped her condition.
Again, the cheerleaders did not wear masks and neither did the ‘cop’.

LE took an oath. LE will be my first contact. LE will try and disarm me. I have as much right to my gun as LE thinks they have to theirs. I’m much better with my gun than LE and I have friends.

Stay steady! If you think you are right after a incident, follow all the
requests the LE tells you to do. Defiantly be cooperative. You will get your say so in front of a judge. The LE is required to disarm you whether you are right or wrong. Most of times the situation is so easy for LE to distinguish the real problem.
Depending on which state you live in has different laws.
Understand your State’s laws and go with that. The only other way is to move to a less constricted State for which you feel the laws of that State are better for your concerns.

Wrong, she was arrested because she was not willing to surrender her honor and dignity to the State. It is none of anyone’s Goddamned business to tell others to mask up. Just like it is none of my fucking business if someone wants to drive around in a single occupant vehicle with a mask on.
I have seen nothing reliable to document the effectiveness of masks, ergo I don’t wear one. If I had reliable information to consider that might change. But so long as there is nothing reliable to go on… And since the mask thing has been politicized, my instincts tell me that the mask is not anything but a power grab.

People have long accepted the concept of private property and one’s ability to set certain rules for remaining upon it by the owners of that property, but with that comes liability of the owners for harm suffered while following their rules so the only way I see out of this is for someone with VERY deep pockets to begin suing people in court for damages suffered by being forced to wear a mask.
I still like my way of protesting these insane diktats and that is by playing their game while at the same time telling them to fuckoff and nothing says that better than wearing a “mask” that does nothing… like what a baseball catcher wears: wire grid over your face. I get more than a few laughs when I go to the supermarket with that one.
Another good one is wearing a full-head Halloween mask with the mouth cut out so you can breath easily.
The quickest and easiest for me is a plain old handkerchief folded diagonally so that only a tiny flap is left over hanging freely over your mouth but does not cover your chin… that way anytime you breath or talk the “mask” part covering your mouth flaps every time you breath or talk.
Get creative instead of getting arrested because you do NOT want to end up in the prisoner-for-profit scams that pass as “justice” in amerikka today for those that are not rich or connected.
