There are fissures opening up in the democrat party, thanks to Trump

Trump has done damage to the democrat party that no other republican hopeful could have dreamed of doing.

The improbableness of Trump’s victory caught the democrats completely flat-footed, and when election eve turned into early morning hours, a major rift erupted between the Obama camp and the Hillary camp.

The Hill has learned that it was Obama that urged Hillary to concede after Podesta delivered his message to the Clinton faithful at the Javits Center to hang tight until daybreak. But while Podesta was heading back to the hotel room, in a bout of frustration Hillary said, “give me the phone, I’m calling Trump.” Apparently Obama got to her.

But now the Clinton camp is secretly hoping Jill Stein’s efforts to overturn the election will happen, while the Obama camp thinks the multi-state recount effort is going to sink the democrat party, making them look like bitter, hypocritical sore losers. (It was the Clinton camp that haughtily sniffed and asked Trump if he was going to concede after he lost, or was he not going to go into that good night without an embarrassing non-concession.)

What is sticking in the craw of the loons who will try everything and anything to wrestle this away is Trump. If it was anyone but him this would not be happening.

Trump has paid dividends already.

  1. “You need to concede,” Obama told his former secretary of State as she, her family, and her top aides continued to watch results trickle in from the key Rust Belt states of Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. The latter state, called after 1:30 a.m. by The Associated Press, was the clear tipping point for the White House race, ensuring Trump would crest over the 270 electoral-vote threshold needed to win.

Clinton ultimately heeded Obama’s advice and called Trump to acknowledge her defeat in the early morning hours Wednesday.

Now why couldn’t Obama have encouraged timely/urgent action with Benghazi?

  2. “trump has caused faults in all parties’

That is the long and the short of it. It is the progressive movement he has exposed as including establishment Republicans as well as most all Democrat politicians. Both of which have been colluding against Trump’s base…. the American people for decades.

The establishment Republicans are the first order of business, because they have double crossed us too many times to count. Clean out that nest of vipers and we once again have an effective opposition.

  3. … the next four years, my schadenfreude sandwiches are going to be sooooooooo delicious, washed by the tears of the ‘splodie heads’ …..

you just can’t put a price on the smug expression on my face, as I condescend to my commitard acquaintances

I’ll be damned. I actually agree with 0bama on something.
