Politico came under fire Monday after the outlet published content alleging that Supreme Court nominee, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, would become the first black justice in the history of the Supreme Court.
The false claim appeared in an article outlining Jackson’s “likely” confirmation process.
“Let’s walk you through how the confirmation of Ketanji Brown Jackson to become the first Black Supreme Court Justice is likely to unfold this week. To be clear: Democrats aren’t going to break until they get this done,” the article, which has since been corrected, read.
