In the past, relatively speaking, stories like this would not have bothered me. We are not China, our governmental agencies (FDA, SEC, OSHA)are better regulated, better enforced, and more transparent. But things have changed, our government (under both parties) have demonstrated a willingness to keep things secret and to keep the citizens in the dark. Factor in the hysteria increasingly felt lately by the deep state, fear of a populist uprising, and it would not surprise me one bit to learn about military functionaries cooking up a bio weapon to use on it’s own people. Of course they have the will, now they are just working on the method.
