First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
This is why everyone good should hate a socialist.
But first they came for the socialists. They. Not the violent masked thugs attacking lawful citizens at rallies, or the DHS officials who put all gun-owning conservatives on a watch list, or the deans who allow rioters to shut down Republican speakers by setting their own colleges on fire, or the people who force you to do business when you find the business reprehensible, or the Neanderthals who want to bring businesses and school districts down because the “free citizen” refuses to get in line and say the word xe. They. The men who actually fought Nazis so their grandchildren could call them Nazis. The men who are more like Winston Churchill than Adolf Hitler, who let you own your own property instead of taking it for the state, who believe so strongly in freedom of speech and so strongly against social conditioning and sharia law that they are willing to go to war over it. They. The men who are not and have never actually been coming to get you.
They forgot to tell us that paid mobs of ignorant basement-dwelling radicals came for Cicero and Cato in the Senate. They neglected to say that nothing good ever came from the upper class paying the lowest class to terrorize the middle class, and that the most effective oppressor of the impoverished is not the right wing, but the left. All of these would have been mentioned, but thank God these men have read 1984. So the classical Americans are the Nazis. So the socialists are the free men. So the terrorists are the freedom fighters, and the freedom fighters are the terrorists.

Magic Mirror on The Wall…
Who’s the nazi’est of them all?
Not exactly sure what he writers point is. Poorly structured and rambling.
Excellent – a must-read and save for later.
I’m sure I agree with article but it was so poorly written it took too much effort to follow it.
If the they that’s coming is Antifa, then our higher educational system has turned our kids against us. And the way things are going some of them will soon die. Whom do we hold accountable for that and what should the punishment be?
Monday is Mayday. Standby for another Seattle riot. “They” (the police) should be coming but their job is to ride bicycles and protect the rioter’s ‘right’ to destroy the city.
So, in keeping with this new America, I’d like to propose an addition to the Bill of Rights:
“A person’s right to riot while law enforcement stands around with their heads up their asses shall not be infringed.”
@Jimmy
At least the rioters don’t need a permit to exercise their right to riot…… like law abiding citizens need for exercising their 2nd amendment Right.
when I watch the news or see something here on line it pisses me off that all these kids hid behind a mask. If you are going to protest something don’t you want everyone to know it was YOU that stood up for your cause?
Or are you afraid your mom and dad will see your face as you burn the flag-try to hit someone over the head with a bottle or smash a store window? At each of these protests-riots some of these kids need to be taken out and then maybe the others will get the hint-.They use the 1st amendment to protest but they won’t allow others the same freedom. I speak softly but I carry a damn big stick where ever I go. I will beat your azz if I see you burn the flag or get in my face. 🙂 have a nice day.
Never mind us or the rioters, cato, when government doesn’t uphold the law, there is no government. And that’s where we’re at all levels, from City Hall to D.C.
Here’s a link to a live feed from the Free Speech Rally at Berkeley. We have a lot of younger big bodies standing around.

I’m not holding my breath, but it sure is a fresh breeze to get out of committee and onto the floor.
We’ve been inching closer and closer to a free state again.
Antifa might not have two riots in a row here if Constitutional Carry ever passes here.
A man can dream, can’t he?
Worth noting: The Texas Constitutional Carry bill is named HB 1911
😀
Ha! oops
Forgot my sock puppet was on. 🙂
One of the first groups to be targeted by the Soviet communists, was the ethnic German populace of Russia. Many were murdered, starved, driven out, etc..
Then in 1919, in the new German Weimar Republic:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spartacist_uprising
The Spartacist uprising in Germany – an attempted Communist coup, the leaders were Jews with social and political ties to . . . communist Russia.
The Germans had every reason to expect to be treated as their cousins were being treated by the Soviet communists. Incipient genocide can significantly change ones’ outlook on people you previously viewed favorably or at least tolerated.
The German NSDAP came into being as a direct result of the Jewish communist revolution in Russia, and – in no small part – the genocidal campaign waged by the communists against the ethnic Germans in the now communist Russia, and the attempted Jewish communist revolution in Weimar Germany.
Out of the failure of communism to spread in western Europe, the Frankfurt School’s Cultural Marxism campaign was born – feminism, political correctness, open borders, multicultural diversity, tolerance for sexual deviants, etc.: attacking the social fabric of the West, with the intent of weakening the society and people, so that they would eventually fall to communism.
This leads us to . . . today.
When you read “first they came for the socialists”, replace “socialists” with “Communists”, because that’s mainly what Niemöller was talking about.
“… The education that dominates our society is the one that preaches its destruction. Like the education of the eighteenth century, the present-day education carries the revolution beneath its heart. When it gives birth, the child it has nourished with its blood will kill its own mother.”
(Sohm)
Just as relevant today as when it was written.
izlamo delenda est …
Weird article. Reeked of alt-right stupidity. But I do agree that all good people hate socialists.
Didn’t like it.
They still ain’t getting my weapons, guns, or
otherwise.
