…this is so, MJA. The hospital I was at on Thursday was a major medical facility in the center of a number of OTHER very large hospitals including a “general” type hospital where all the welfare cases typically land as well as a veteran’s hospital and some Catholic ones, referred to locally as “Pill Hill” for the large number of facilities…and all was quiet. I had a higher floor view of the area while I was in the surgical waiting room, and ambulances were rare, hospitals (including the one I was in) were not bustling, care providers were not rushed, and every ward I saw (I wander while waiting, I’m not a great waiter when anxious) was mostly empty. Staff was relaxed, PPE ranged from non-existent to casual to very rare N95s and face shields (mostly on the anesthesiologists), the nurses I talked to told me how slow things were.
As for elective surgeries, I’ve been carrying around a torn meniscus in my knee for months, with pain ranging from “throbbing ache” to “I need to grab something before I collapse”, for which I was supposed to get surgery two weeks ago. The day I got my pre-surgical exam was the day my asshole Nazi RINO Never-Trumper Democrat lickspittle of a fucktard Governor who wouldn’t last 5 seconds if he wasn’t constanly surrounded bu hulking State Troopers cancelled it for me, because “We need to keep the hospital beds free for Coronavirus patients” that never materialized.
As of TODAY, county-wide, we’ve had a TOTAL of 72 SUSPECTED cases of 19.
That’s it.

Just heard reported on Mario Bartiromo’s show this morning that China, who produces over 50% of the worlds face masks, bought up hundreds of billions of face masks from out of China BEFORE they warned the world about the virus. This is a planned assault by the Chinese Communist Party aided and abetted by the criminal media in this country. It will destroy our economy and our freedom and China plans to fill the void. I’m praying that DJT shuts down this hoax virus soon. I hope he’s seen and had enough.

China will continue to fill part of the “void”. If the “situation” is fixed.
The economy is not “ours”. And hasn’t been for (at least) a century.
If our freedom (and our future economy) is to revive, we have to tell Iceland “Here. Hold our beer.” And North Korea “Now. Watch this!”
