Totally FAKE, no doubt about it. The first part, losing the wing may be real, but then you lose sight of the aircraft and after that the computer graphics take over.
There was an Israeli F-15 that lost a wing in a mid-air that landed successfully, even the McDonnell Douglas people from St. Louis couldn’t believe that one. You can find it on Google.
The RC pilot was nowhere close to being injured….kind of like a military drone pilot, all the fun, no danger.

The FMC in some advanced fighter aircraft can compensate for loss of a wing or part of the empennage and fly within a truncated performance envelope. Most famous, of course, was the IAF F15 that lost a wing and stabilizer in a mid-air and landed successfully. However, a Mark-I human critter, even in an overpowered stunt plane, cannot do that.
