Glenn Beck doubles down on his accusation that the right is racist.

Remember when Beck said that if the TEA party supported Gingrich, but didn’t support Obama, it meant the TEA party was most likely racist? (His logic went like this – Gingrich is just like Obama, so if you like Gingrich but not Obama you just hate black people.) I swore off the psychotic oddball at the time, but backed off over time because people who liked this schmuck were getting offended.

Well, Beck doubled-down. Now his premise is, if you support Trump, but you don’t support Obama, you’re a racist because Obama and Trump are one in the same – shady background, inexperience and narcissism. He says this as if this was the opposition party’s problem with Obama. What a dink.

I think Beck is just looking to call the right racists at any given opportunity, which, if you’re an armchair psychologist you can surmise that this is overcompensation for some deep-seated problems of his own.

Let me make a Beck-like statement of my own.

If you support Trump, dislike Obama, and you still support Beck, you might….

naaaa. I’m not going to finish that sentence.

  3. First encounter I ever had with Glenn Beck was when I was in the car and I heard a new voice on the radio. He was ragging on and on about something, and my reaction was “Who is this fool?” I forgot about it until I realized that it was the same guy who had the new show on FoxNews. He never impressed me.

    Between his comments about Palin “the clown” and this, I’m forced to conclude that he must be fading into oblivion and needs attention, and has lost whatever “it” was that he ever had.

  5. In Beck’s recent photos he’s stuffed into a white shirt, suspenders and bow tie and with his white hair looks more like Colonel Sanders than Norm McDonald does in those new KFC commercials.

  12. I remember his radio show about 10 years ago where he had a segment called “Jeop-retardy”. Now, being a dude who doesn’t walk around with a stick up my ass, I thought it was funny.

    Beck needs to dial it back a bit. He had good programs on his network when he would stick to the issues and facts. He could piece a puzzle together. I think the stress is getting to him…or he has gone back to drinking, which I hope is not the case.

  15. Beck is good on many issues but not on immigration. He’s a RINO when it come to this issue. I think it offends his “Christian” sensibility in some way. After-all they (the peasants of the world) only want the same things we want. “America is for everyone.” Since Trump and Gingrich are/were perceived as anti-immigrant then they cannot be moral people in Beck’s view. Hence the vicious attacks. I think he is unbalanced. Go Trump/Go Cruz and may the best man win.

  18. He lost me even before the Gingrich statement. He told the story on his old radio show of how he and his wife were searching for a religion. They came to the conclusion that Mormonism was the truth. There definitely has to be some psychological problems with him.

    He was good exposing all the Soros links to Obama and ACORN. A very good entrepreneur, maybe too much so, becoming somewhat a charlatan. And now he’s gone nuts.

  21. I don’t know what’s happened to him. He was instrumental in educating the entire country about progressivism, Woodrow Wilson, Sykes-Pecot, and who the enemy is; however, he has lost the thread, turning on people like Palin, Cliven Bundy, and Tea Partiers .

    I saw Beck in person a couple of years ago – bought his book on George Washington. Since he is left handed, he was signing the books with that hand while shaking hands with right. His security force kept it all assembly line with him merely doing his quick squiggle signature on the prepurchased books.

    I heard him Monday after the antiIran rally and wondered if he had been to the same rally I watched on television.
    For a former rodeo clown to call Trump a clown is really weird.

    I enjoyed his Fox News show history lessons and used to enjoy his radio show – can’t handle much of his show now. I don’t see Trump bowing down to him to appear on his radio show.

  30. So he’s a coyote now? Did he ask Canada and Mexico for their permission to sneak people in? How’s “his team” going to prove the Syrians are Christian or not? A little Inquisitiony, no? And who says they’ll tell the truth? Remember the big ass box of fake passports found going to Germany?

    I didn’t expect much from him but holy crap, the thing with Palin and calling Tea Partiers racist is beyond the pale. (wait, is pale rayciss?) What is his wife doing? Egging him on? She better reign him. At first, I just thought he was a blowhard and an asshole, ( Heeey. That’s how he describes Trump!) but now I think there’s something really wrong with him. He’s a slow-motion train wreck who is going to pull into libtard station any day now because he’s going to decide “the entire right is racist.”
    He needs prayers and a vacation from public life.

  32. I “met” Beck a generation ago on hotel tv, when travelling, and was seriously impressed. His research, especially about Soros, was impressive.

    I don’t know what happened. I suspect that he knows “it is over.” He needs to retire to a back porch and watch sunsets.

I thought his Fox show was good in that he often explained history and the philosophy of conservative vs liberal, right vs left and the bad direction progressive policies are taking the country to the extent that I wrote to my Demowit congressional representative to watch Becks showif he wanted to know why he wasn’t going to be reelected in 2010. (He wasn’t.) I lost interest in Beck after he started the Blaze thing. He comes off too much like a TV evangelist.

  36. I greatly admired his Fox series on the Constitution. Very well done. It seems now that he’s no longer clear about what he believes.
    A return to old bad habits could explain that. For his sake I hope not.
    Right now he seems lost and confused. So he really needs to STFU until he gets himself straightened out.

  39. I do remember about 6 years ago when Beck had his own show on FOX News telling Tom Moe to either quit drinking Scotch or quit watching GLENN BECK! That wacko is gonna make you have a breakdown.

  41. He’s definitely a live one. I used to listen to him a lot. Then he started to get too emotional. He used to love Sarah Palin. What happened there? I tend to agree that he might have a condition that is progressing. Maybe he’s just going mad.

  42. How repulsive is Beck? You know the animal control guy whose job it is to clean up road kill even after a few days in the sun and after the vultures have been at it for a while? Nasty, stinking animal carcasses that you don’t want to be in the same county with? Well, Beck makes that animal control guy puke.

I appreciated him when he was on Fox exposing The Open Society Foundation, American Immigration Council, Arab American Institute, I’lam, MoveOn.org, Media Matters, National Council of La Raza, New America Foundation, The Tides Foundation and all the other tentacles of the Soros machine. I think they got to him and slipped him the ‘pinko’ pill because he’s been a raving lunatic ever since!

  54. i heard Beck back in 1990-91 when i drove through Wyoming every week. He was tight then. Good, Entertaining. and funny. A local station picked him up a couple years back. He must have hyptnotized millions of people back them, cuz no one in their right mind would listen to him now.

  55. Well, I guess the fact that I was pissed that he was a speaker at the “Stop Iran” rally with the likes of Cruz, Palin, Trump, The Duck Dude, Staff Sergeant Robert Bartlett and a host of people that matter makes sense now.

    Oh and did I mention Staff Sergeant Robert Bartlett? If you don’t know who he is or what he said at the “stop Iran” rally, you really need to look him up.

  57. I could have phrased that a little better. Regretted it the minute I hit the post button.

    Didn’t like to listen to the guy talk, something about his voice bothered me (I’m that way with preachers too). I watched him on Fox sometimes back before I dumped satellite tv, but didn’t like him on the radio. I’d rather listen to Focus on the Family.

    I sure didn’t mean for it to sound like I was saying y’all are dumb for listening to him. You all obviously know more about the guy than I do.

    So I suspended myself for 20 minutes, and now I’m back, did my time (on my inversion table) and i feel a lot better now.

  60. Used to listen to Beck and thought he was a force for Conservatism. The constant predictions of doom began to trouble me. Finally, I realized that if even a few of his prophecies had come true, we’d all be in death camps by now and halfway through the Seals in Revelation. Still, I was in his corner. The teddy-bear thing with the illegals was when I began to take a much closer look.

  66. The guy is a dry drunk. He’s an alcoholic who never fixed his drinking problem, having just stopped imbibing, instead. Like a Lefty, he is driven by emotion at the expense of deep thinking and logic.

    His right-hand-man, Pat Gray, was a talk host in Houston who drove away listeners from his station in droves, because he has the personality of a 12-year old. Imagine Joe Pine meets Butthead.

    I’m surprised anyone listens to him or watches his television “show”.

  67. Beck used to be good. He was smart, yet funny at the same time. I recall the abortion skit…

    Now, if you turn on his show at any time, you’ll get one of three topics:

    #1: Trump is bad!!! (For at least one hour.)

    #2: The economy is crashing and we’re all gonna die!!! BUY GOLD!!!

    #3: Crying about something.

  68. I’m with you, Anon. I loved his Fox show and subscribed for 2 years after that, but somewhere along the line, he left my plantation. Glenn was giving us good doses of truth and it must have driven him close to madness, learning all he did and unable to do anything but talk about it. I can’t listen to him any longer. I have noticed something else when he talks now… much like Obama,. he “uhs” and “ers” all the time. He never did that before.
