  1. Yes indeed.

I have a Gutfeld show episode up right now in which the topic is a recent survey showing that a fairly large majority of Millenials are more conservative in their views than they’ll admit to anyone. It’s more important to them that their peers perceive them as having the same views/values in order to avoid conflict. They’re practicing the spineless go-along/get-along strategy; one they disdain so readily in others.

It’s on YT: “Gutfeld: Millenials masquerade to fit it, rather than step up”

I think that a lot of the anxiety and stress reportedly experienced by 20- and 30-somethings springs directly from their own self-censorship and the constantly changing, Marxist rulz placed on them by their social media “influencers” and peers. It’s a crying shame they feel powerless to go against the tide. My prayer is that this will turn soon.

  2. I frequently tell people that I am investing my money in my son’s foundational education, by paying for private school, in lieu of a college fund. And, if he wants to be a communist, he can pay for college himself.

Read Carlyle (“Sartor Resartus”) and/or Goethe (“Faust”).
This seems to be representative of the University System since (at least) the 1780s.
