Three FBI Deep Staters Ousted

The lack of firings amid the top-tier of FBI leadership has been a nagging concern.

Today, Fox News is reporting on the firing of three very consequential and corrupt FBI officials, former FBI acting director, Brian Driscoll; acting director of the Washington Field Office who targeted the J6 attendees, Steven Jensen, and Walter Giardina, the special agent who played a role in the investigation of Trump trade advisor, Peter Navarro.

  1. “One individual with knowledge of the removals described it as “retribution.”

Although I would prefer words like “justice” or “recompense”, I’m fine with this.

The article implied that more firings are coming, they better be. What about the agents who spied on Carter Page or George Papadapoulas, those who wiretapped Adm. Flynn’s phone, lied on FISA warrants, or those involved in sending agents to spy on the Catholic Church? What about those agents who worked with Bragg, James, or Willis to provide evidence against Trump? And these are just the transgressions that we are aware of.

The FBI has a huge credibility problem; the folks believe the organization is irreparably compromised and corrupt. Yes, cleaning house does take time, but you don’t spend 6 months and just empty one ashtray.

  2. The upside to having Deep Staters still in place — if there is any upside — is that, hopefully, it will add to the substance of an “ongoing conspiracy” and negates the problem of the statute of limitations. IF it can also be shown they are continuing their obstruction, hiding/destroying info, (including illegal leaks or fabricated leaks to the media) of 47.
