The simple answer is if you’re carrying your child to term, it’s your responsibility to see to it that your child is born as healthy as possible.
Eating crap, drinking, smoking meth…all are harmful to your child & lacking in responsibility but to different degrees.
Trying to conflate that with murdering your child in the womb doesn’t work and I’m about as anti abortion as they come.

The liberal hack should have replied that taking meth, or otherwise harming the fetus, is wrong only if she plans on carrying it to birth, where it then becomes a burden to the State. He showed his ignorance (no surprise there) by assuming meth would kill the baby in the womb, when it usually kills the baby, slowly and painfully, many years after birth. He could have then lauded the social benefits of infanticide and both voluntary and involuntary euthanasia.
