    I never took up painting but I just loved watching him and listen to his soft voice. Bring him back once a week. Sunday night soothiness with Bob Ross and BFH. Love it.

    It’s been 33 years since I last painted. I went “backwards” in learning. Started with old world style oil painting – every flippin leaf individually painted :-), eventually did architectural drawings. I really would like to go back to painting but in acrylics. Those oils kept me stoned – not just with working with them, but also the drying of the build up of thin coats. (crossed my eyes just now) Can’t believe I did all that tedious stuff. Then to add to the tedious, I did furry animal scratchboards. Yes, EVERY hair.
