Yes, it is possible that absurdity, a basis for one type of humor, has exposed me as a low life…but I laughed hard without the soul saving empathy for what I was watching and hearing…may God forgive me…but then, I envisioned The Voice, with four unturned chairs filled with music stars listening with intent, wondering if this talent could help their team win, waiting for proof of range, tonality and understandable words. Virtue signaling at its apex.

  16. Sit back and allow JD to splain it to you. The progressive movement exploits “vulnerable populations” to advance their own agenda and interests. They are predatory and manipulative bastards who are totally incapable of “good intentions.” We have seen them exploit people who suffer from a real and painful psychological condition by encouraging individuals who have a compulsive need for attention to mimic people who suffer gender dysphoria. Then they pat themselves on the back when in the days of my youth would have resulted in a damn good spanking for imitating people who suffered a disability.

    In this case they give each other wokie points for making a mockery of what is billed as a musical event. They don’t give a flying flip about anything other than setting up a vehicle through which they can elevate their own image. Especially this woman.

    We have also seen it in the FLorida Pedestrian Bridge collapse a few years ago when they allowed unqualified hacks design a bridge knowing full well their only qualifications were gender and skin color. All do they could be seen applauding their wokeness.

    The flicking bastards are absolutely and completely beneath contempt.

    The more of this they support the more of it they’ll get. It doesn’t mean the rest of us have to sit through it or can’t find fault with the whole spectacle.

    When I watched it yesterday, I was tempted to send it to BFH, then I felt like I would be a part of making fun of someone’s disability. Regardless if he did it on his own, they shouldn’t have obliged.

    When I was a kid my Dad had a beagle named Hank. He howled every time a vehicle with a siren drove by. You knew one was on the way because he would start howling before any human could hear it.

  46. No offense to Whitney Houston who was a wonderful singer but Dolly Parton was the composer of that song. At least she’ll get some royalties for the tune (if it can be heard in the background.)
