Funny how many of the shootings by police officers involve someone resisting arrest. When will people learn that if they just go with the flow, their odds of getting shot are greatly reduced.
What was the second video? It is not available in the great white north.
There were several moments when the officers could have just shot the motherfucker but they held back.

You’re right Brad, those two looked less qualified than me to try to cuff that guy. They looked like a couple of law enforcement majors from Evergreen State College. Except there is no way they have a law enforcement degree at Evergreen State College. OK, maybe Key West Community College.
