The Washington Post reported on Friday that the Trump administration is thinking about expanding the Department of Homeland Security’s authority to speed up deportations for illegal aliens.
Under current policies, DHS can expedite the deportations of illegals who have been in the country for less than 2 weeks and are held within 100 miles of the border.
A memo obtained by the Post says it would allow DHS to circumvent immigration courts for the removal of illegal aliens apprehended anywhere in the country, and who can’t prove they’ve been in the U.S. for more than 90 days.
The proposal wouldn’t need congressional approval.
Why even bother with all this crap?

They need to start addressing the REAL problem first – the left-wing judiciary.
Deport them first. Build the wall. Deport the illegals en masse.
Good! Start deporting illegals and do not stop until every last damned one is gone! Then enact a moratorium — we do not need ANY more immigration! This simply is not that difficult. If we don’t get serious about this we are on the same damned road as Sweden and Germany. those countries have shown that it only takes stupid left-wing open-borders SJW liberals a few years to demolish a country that has been hundreds or thousands of years in the making. Build the wall and put an end to immigration, and outdated and destructive concept if ever there was one. It’s not immigration — it’s a damned invasion.
Every illegal sent back on a bus should come with a bill to the Mexican government for the cost of the bus ticket plus $100 shipping and handling fee.
Just like exploding populations of invasive species, they should be collected, have their ebt cards revoked and then humanely euthanized.

Yep, shut ‘er down totally then slowly reopen but only to those with a skill (beyond jihadi talents and hijacking bennies) like doctor, lawyer, indian chief, nuclear physicist, etc. You know, like it used to be. I suspect over the next 20 yrs or so we may have the pick of the litter coming from such exotic locales as Eurabia. They’d have to be properly vetted and swear off open borders, though. We have enough Swedenizers here already. No refugees, either. You go to the nearest safe haven and hunker down until it’s safe to go back. If it takes three or four generations, oh well, hard luck, old bean, at least you ain’t dead. Make yourself valuable to your host in the meantime. No free lunch wherever, incl here. Especially here.
@Rufe, splendid idea and far cheaper than having to deport them the regular way or having to put them up for free. Put the cost of the reward on them to deter returnees and to motivate others to find the door faster.
