(DCNF)—Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is urging the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate whether former President Joe Biden’s staff exploited his mental decline to implement far-left policies, according to a letter obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Biden’s executive actions — including last-minute clemency grants to violent criminals and sentence commutations for death row inmates — are “legally void” if he did not give his knowing approval, Bailey wrote Tuesday in a letter to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz.
“By now, Biden’s mental decline is famous,” Bailey wrote. “Under the 25th Amendment, his inability to make decisions should have meant a succession of power. Instead, it appears staffers and officers in the Biden administration may have exploited Biden’s incapacity so they could issue orders without an accountable President of sound mind approving them.”

And after they’re done with that they’ll open an investigation to find out if Captain Obvious tends to take things too literally.
Let’s go ahead and assume this. We all know it was people “not Joe”. But let’s assume they nail it specifically to some particular people.
Then what?
Is there something that makes this treasonous?
You get another argument angle they’ll deny anyway?

It’s obvious that the Biden lame duck era was nothing but a wish-list of spiteful, radical subversion moving his pen. Hell, we’re still not sure if he even wrote and signed his resignation letter. They’d have also resigned him from the Presidency, but then they’d lose their grip and not be able to sabotage the nation on the way out.
While I would like to see a full exposure and punishment of the Collective Biden, I think we know who they are, and the best we can do is root them out of government forever, or at least for as long as possible. Besides, some f—king Federal Judge will no doubt step in to protect them from PDT, should he go after any of them. Let him focus on what is, unburdened by what has been, so to speak.
While they’re at it maybe they should investigate if Joe was planted there to be a puppet, and the election was rigged, no?
Or do we have to wait over 60 years to get the details?…
They just used Biden’s AUTOPEN to sign all the crap they wanted while Biden slept.
