7. Here’s my wild-ass theory for today that has no basis in rationality.

   At what point in the runup to the election will Joey be taken out through the 25th? Then, just as Kamala is set to take over, the Dem’s declare that Trump actually won the 2020 election and he gets seated. The Dem’s, with full support of the swamp then loudly proclaim that he has served a second term and is ineligible to run for a third.

   No Kamala, no Trump and they can then run Big Mike or whoever they want against whomever the Republicans can rustle up right quick. Not that it matters because the election will be rigged tighter than an election has ever been rigged before.

   I suggest gummies laced with THC and CBD Indica. The calming effect played on him will make him fall asleep in mid speech. He may even become lucid for a minute or two.

    No. It has to do with how much of a term was served. Lyndon Johnson was eligible for two more elections past the presidency he served due to JFK’s assassination – because it was less than a half term, IIRC.

    If Trump were awarded such a late term presidency right now, he would still be eligible for another term since he didn’t serve a full second term.

    I could live with that.
