Floridian:
President Donald Trump scored a victory this week regarding the highly controversial border wall that became a staple of his 2016 Presidential platform.
In a statement released by the Press Secretary, it was announced that “the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has lifted an illegitimate nationwide injunction entered by a lower court.”
Furthermore, the Press Secretary explained that, in doing this, it “has allowed vital border wall construction to move forward using military construction finds.” read more
So let’s see if the wall actually gets built now or the Left just employs another new strategy to block it.
Mile a day is what I heard. Slow train coming, but it’s coming.
What about the “gates” I see photos of every now and then. Why have open gates/gaps???
@deplorable
I suppose the gates provide a way to send back the ones who sneak in. I would prefer to use a catapult to launch them back over the wall and not have any gates.
Why don’t Republican challenge in friendly court areas, and then just try to lose the case?
Why wait for democrats to file an injunction in the 9th circuit area?
Cue obscure Clinton or Obama appointed federal district judge in some bumblefuck area to place another injunction on border wall construction on the basis of stupid, contrived reasons… again… in 3… 2… 1…
The reality is that there are between 30 and 50 million here illegally. It’s probably too late but unless they make a huge effort to deport those here already.
These are all on top of the million or so allowed to enter and those that overstay.
We are grossly overpopulated in this country now yet the so called leadership wants to shoehorn in millions more. It’s hopeless.
Now dis-bar the judges in the lower court for abuse of power. That’s the crime of the day isn’t it?
There is no point in removing anybody until the wall is complete.
