TRUMPINGTON – IOTW Report

TRUMPINGTON

After reading about the crazy attempts by the leftist media to portray Trump’s 2nd Amendment comment as a call for Hitlery’s assassination, along with all the other energy being exerted to discredit him, it is starting to sink in that this election may be our last chance for a peaceful correction to the direction this country is heading.  Those in control will not give up easily, and some may already have resorted to murder to squelch whistleblowers.

So, what happens if he doesn’t win?

How far will they go?  Remember what the weather underground told Larry Grathwold?

Do you want this to be the life you leave for your children?

  1. not one of the establishment candidates would even be close in the polls or drawing the numbers the don draws.

all because he’s not afraid to speak his mind.
and the msm calls him crazy for it.
yea, crazy like the fox he is.

  2. I’ve been training…..

    …..for the long-distance anti-jihad / anti-american abomination.

I mean, why do the run-n-gun if instead you can lay down in a shaded thicket unseen from 1,000 yards?

The best part is that they’ll never hit it comin’.

    RE: 1,000 yards

Honest question: though/because my eyesight isn’t the same as it was when I was younger, what sort of scope (yes, spotter for windage etc etc is needed as well, but…) would you recommend for someone to feel comfortable at 1,000 yards? My 20x is good enough for a couple of hundred yards…but, beyond that….

Also: I was thinking of getting a Ruger Preision Rifle in .308 Win; or would you recommend something else?

  4. If you talk to bench rest shooters they will tell you Creedmoors,260 Remimgtons and 243 Winchester burn thru barrels. But those guys freak out when they notice a .125 difference in their group size. I wouldn’t hesitate buying that gun in Creedmoor. Our most popular 308 Platform Caliber is Creedmoor. But we use BlackHole Weaponry Barrels and they’re Polygonal so they last a lot longer.

Lots of good glass out there. I can’t remember what Tsunami put on the top of his gun. Check Trijicon out. Good pricing and awesome glass.

  5. Czar,

I have the 6.5 Creedmoor on a Ruger Precision Rifle with a Vortex Razor Gen 2 4.5-27×56.

I’m shooting 1/2 inch groups @ 200 yards on 3 inch shoot-n-see targets without the need for a spotting scope.

The Creedmoor round stays supersonic past 1,000 yards and it is very consistent in grouping. I’ve heard anecdotal stories of people grouping 4 1/2 inch groups at a 1,000 yards.

The drawback to my setup is that the scope weighs in at 3.2 pounds without the rings, which gives me an overall unloaded weight of 14.5 pounds. I have yet to apply a bi-pod.

I have 60 rounds through my barrel and they were grouping tightly right out of the box without any break-in.

The best part about this weapon is that it can be worked on with standard AR-15 gunsmithing tools, and it can be re-barrelled in any caliber you want very quickly and easily.
