Trump’s Tone – IOTW Report

Trump’s Tone

17 Comments on Trump’s Tone

  1. Joe Dan made this a prominent segment of his last Froglegs, too. I was wondering just what having all those Godly men and women standing around prayer for and laying hands on the President was going to do, and then last week when he met with the Boys’ and Girls’ Nation group in the rose garden, his parting advice to them was to “..remember to love your God, too.” It rolled out of his mouth so naturally. I am thrilled beyond thrilled to know that our highest leaders are allowing God to lead them.

  2. God gave this country and the world a second chance in thwarting the Clinton/Soros cartel and handing most of the reins of power to Donald Trump.

I sincerely pray that we all be worthy of Gods mercy. And extraordinary patience.

We now face nuclear aggression from two new directions, with a military undermined by 3 decades of neglect, corruption and Manchurian sabotage.

    May God guide us.

  3. Why are they called “faith leaders”? Aren’t they all Jews or Christians? Any muzz in that crowd?

Uh ho, next up, anonymous officials swear Trump is calling for a 9th Crusade.

  4. Sure beats the last guy who let slip ‘my Muslim faith’ and had to be corrected by the interviewer. ‘You mean your Christian faith?’ ”Oh yeah. My Christian faith.”

It went something like that. I’ll look it up.

  5. @NCO77

Do you think for a moment that Trump would give a flying fudge if aetheists are in an uproar?
That causes them to act out even more and for every day Americans to embrace him even more.

  6. When the left takes issue with the state establishment of religion clause in the first amendment Trump’s reply should be, “You’re right–we must abolish the religion of socialism and cultural marxism.”

  7. I am curiously optimistic about God being in the White House – He’s always been there before but now He’s being invited in as part of the lives of the administration.

As a pastor I love it but as an American I am also aware of the need to not hit people over the head with religion too.

I pray that Mr. Trump understands that faith is a personal dynamic of relationship with/to God that must occur individually first, then become the lenses of our relationship with/to others.

Be careful Mr. Trump but may God bless you also.

  8. Awesome.

Did you see the video (was it here?) where the pastors encircled the President and laid on hands on him and were praying for him?

Then the newsanchoress said, they were “all touching him. It was strange…”

That was Erin Burnett on CNN. I have no idea who she is. I don’t “do” CNN.

  9. Like the majority of us, I pray for our President. I believe prayer mekes a difference.

I envision my hand on his shoulder with theirs.

God’s will be done. It’s the only way things will work out right.

  10. President Trump continue to be led by the Holy Spirit.
Consider not what others say or think.

    John 3:10-12
10 Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? 11 Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things?

Mr. President, Speak of your faith, better yet, let your actions shout to the World that the Foundation of this Nation is laid upon the Foundation of God, The Son and Holy Spirit.

  11. @Rufus:

Thank you, Rufus, for a most inspiring and hope-filled comment!

And yes, PDJT needs our prayers in order for him to continue moving forward with an agenda he’s been working toward for over 3 decades. Pray he remains enlightened and is watched over by the Great Creator–bc otherwise we could’ve had Killary, and you know how things would be with HER at the helm!!!
