A member of the hyper-violent MS-13 gang stands accused of the vicious murder of a teenage boy living in Maryland after having been deported twice from the U.S.
Oscar Delgado-Perez, 28, is accused of brutally stabbing 18-year-old Christian Villagran-Morales to death in what appears to be a gang’s bragging rights. He was found near a car with Texas license plates and was said to be planning to flee to the Lone Star State before his capture.
Delgado-Perez was a member of the MS-13 transnational criminal gang and had twice been deported from the U.S. before the murder, according to The Washington Post. “He was just about to leave that day for Texas to flee the area. He knew that there was a warrant out for his arrest,” Maryland State’s Attorney Prosecutor Robert Hill said.

The tragedy here is that the gang culture that spawned MS-13 was born in the states and exported to El Salvador through deportations where they grew more powerful bringing the gang culture there and recruiting hard core members. They then illegally or in some cases legally got back into the States and continued recruiting and getting a rep as a completely ruthless criminal organisation. They then spread from California to all over the States, Canada and other central American countries.

Free association under the Constitution allowed,got it. Good idea,free thought free people a free country! Criminal association under RICO statute federal offense,if proven,asset seizure,possible prison time. Known membership in criminal enterprise and we have to wait for them to commit a crime before we do something? Excessively Liberal judges interpretation of a criminals rights while infringing the rights of law abiding citizens makes no sense to me. They make rules and regulations constricting the rights of honest citizens,yet allow illegal criminal aliens benefit of a citizens rights thus endangering us all.
