The United Nations Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) revised its child fatality figure from the Gaza war sharply downward, reporting more than 14,500 deaths on May 6 but then 7,797 on May 8. OCHA also revised downward its figure for women fatalities from more than 9,500 deaths to 4,959 deaths. The Jerusalem Post first reported the changes on May 11.
The UN attributed its original, higher figures to the Hamas-controlled Government Media Office (GMO) in Gaza, whose figures OCHA has cited continually for the past two months. The UN gave no source for the lower figures in its May 8 update, but the figures precisely match those in a May 2 report from a different Hamas-controlled organization, the Gaza Ministry of Health. more

I’m in the habit of tuning into Newsmax first thing every morning. I listen until the first mention of Israel, Palestine, or Hamas then I shut it off.

The moslem has a saying… first Saturday, then Sunday. What it means is, we will snuff all the Jews, then we go after the Christians.

Maybe if they cut the UN’s funds completely, that number will go to 0.
I don’t trust any number coming out of Israel or Gaza, whether it’s dead people or downed missiles. Both sides are masters of propaganda and manipulation. And then the numbers go through the US media machine. We will never know what is really happening there until the money’s spent, the weapons are all gone, it’s a smoking crater, they’re all dead and there’s nobody left to lie about it.
Keep in mind the UN is planning on including Hamas… oops, I mean ‘Palestine’, into their organization…

The numbers are inflated by actors playing the part of dead Palestinians, dolls for dead children, the people who were killed from Hamas hiding behind them, and those who Hamas actually killed on purpose.
