Epoch Times: An overlooked memory card in Cobb County, Georgia, with uncounted ballots changed the final results of a special election, officials have said.
The county’s Board of Elections and Registration voted to recertify the results of the Nov. 8 Kennesaw City Council special election during a Nov. 18 meeting, according to a statement.
“The recertification was necessary after workers discovered a memory card had not been included in the previous results. The additional ballots resulted in a change in the Kennesaw City Council Post 1 Special Election,” the release said.
Madelyn Orochena was originally declared the winner of the special election. However, when additional ballots were located on the memory card, Lynette Burnette was shown as the winner of the race by 31 votes, officials told local media. more

Sure, we’ve got lots of memory cards. We stick them in, put stuff on them, take them out, put them someplace (backpack, pocket, stick it my sock, you know, someplace). We might look for them later. Someone suggested that we have some way to track the memory cards we are using, but why? The current system works just fine. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it, I always say.

This is California style cheating at it’s finest. They pulled this shit here a couple cycles ago and ended up over turning just about every Republican victory, after the fact. And nobody died.
Story makes no mention of party affiliation. Orochena turns out to be the Demo… sorry, communist. Locals would know that of course. Token local race, to ‘prove’ that votes added after the fact go ‘both ways’.
Here in Washington they just pull boxes of ballots out of the trunk of a car. If they need more ballots they call in another car.

The poll official in charge of that precinct, all that had any part of the chin of control and the county official for certifying the vote all need to be be charged with whatever crime and banned for life from having anything to do with any future elections.
I’m waiting for them to say something like: “We turned the memory card over to play the other side and found scads of democRAT votes!!”
