I don’t know if that one bastard is actually with the robber or not, but at one point he tries to grab the fire extinguisher from the store manager, so, that’s being an accomplice in my book.

I have witnessed behavior like that before. The by standers don’t fit the classic ” accomplice” profile. They most likely didn’t walk in the bad guy and were not part of the plan. They simply have more allegiance to the other Hood Rat.
