Another Blow for Teacher Fired for Premarital Sex –

Newser-

New Jersey’s Supreme Court has sided with a Catholic school that fired a pregnant teacher for having premarital sex. St. Theresa’s in Kenilworth fired unmarried art teacher Victoria Crisitello in 2014, saying she’d violated an agreement to abide by Catholic law, which meant abstaining from premarital sex. Crisitello, who was engaged to be married, sued in response, citing state law prohibiting employment discrimination based on pregnancy and marital status. A lower court dismissed the case before an appellate court ruled in Crisitello’s favor. On Monday, the state Supreme Court sided against Crisitello in a unanimous decision, stating that as a religious employer, the school fell under a religious exception to the anti-discrimination law, per the New Jersey Monitor.

  1. …well, THAT came out of nowhere. She was thrust into a tight place where the more she squeezed, the harder it was to pull out. The reporters pounded on her mercilessly trying to slip in a question, but the controversy was only lubricated by the gang banging at her back door. They only touched on what the REAL rub was, trying to massage the story until it fit, but their protection was lost in such a personal place, and as deep as they tried to probe it was inevitable that it would end up just impregnating the debate with themselves.

  2. I’m so old that I remember when even in public schools teachers and school staff all had a moral clause. They dressed modestly and weren’t out acting like whores.
Walk into a public school now and besides the pink/blue/purple hair, tattoos and facial piercings you will see, you’ll see teachers with their tits half hanging out, women dressed as men and lesbos with pictures of them kissing their fellow lesbos on their desks. Not to mention of course what they’re reading to kids and teaching kids, when they’re not molesting them.

I remember when we had a teacher fired and an office secretary fired the same week, teacher was fired because she was picked up at a bar and thrown in jail for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. The secretary because she came to school with a mini skirt and low cut blouse showing boobies. I don’t remember anyone suing or any parents upset about their firing, do remember a few parents upset about such people being in the schools. How far we’ve fallen.

  3. After I graduated, one of my PE teachers was caught with a cheerleader. He was politely asked to resign. My older brother’s HS baseball coach was asked to leave because he was a wolf around girls.
