MEXICO CITY, Oct 14 (Reuters) – The U.S. government has revoked the visas of at least 50 politicians and government officials in Mexico amid the Trump administration’s crackdown on drug cartels and their suspected political allies, two Mexican officials told Reuters.
A handful of these cases have been publicized, but Reuters reporting shows the visa cancellations are far more widespread than previously reported. more here
No chit mon? Aye yi yi.
The cartels have quite a bit invested in getting these corrupt pols in office, and once there the pols provide a healthy (!) return on that investment. So, I say let the pols enter the U.S. and then kidnap them for ransom. Lots and lots of ransom.
Yes, I know this is a silly idea, and yet it appeals to me.
The Cartels are the enemy, however the only real distinction between them and Mexico is the spelling of the name:
Cartel/Mexico
@ Harry,,,, the trouble with Mexico is that is is ran by Mexicans.
@ Uncle Al,,,, love the idea.
Investigating in a very thorough way all elected officials in border states would also be an imperative.
I’m afraid shooting will start any day now. Chicago, ( name more cities} probably already run by cartels.
