1. I think it was just some idiot homeless person, but he kept attacking people. He has been identified. A mile from where I lived 2 years ago, generally not a particularly unsafe part of town but it’s this homeless guy’s block.

6. Unless it’s done electronically, wait till there is a delay in their gov. assistance checks. They probably didn’t think about that. Hell, just dump all of their mail in one big dumpster, have a truck hall it in once a week. Savage assholes.
