Breitbart: The House of Delegates’ Public Safety Committee on Friday passed a firearm store law and a bill limiting the number of handguns Virginians can purchase, among other gun controls.
WHSV reports the gun controls, “almost all… passed on a 13-9 party line vote,” with the Democrats voting for them and Republicans against.
Universal background checks were among the controls passed. Such checks criminalize a neighbor who sells a five-shot revolver to a lifelong neighbor without first getting government permission via a background check. While making criminals out of the law-abiding, they do nothing to stop gang members and street criminals from selling stolen guns to one another in dark alleys, drug houses, and parking lots.
Del. Mark Levine (D-45th Dist.) boasted the committee also passed a bill allowing local municipalities to enact gun bans for certain areas whether the state legislature enacts such bans or not. The bill particularly allows local municipalities to ban concealed carry in parks and public buildings. In other words, the bill, should it pass, would allow local municipalities to ban carry by those who have gone through the legal process of acquiring a license to carry for self-defense. read more
Few, if any will comply. And slowly, one by one, they will pick-off the patriots, charging them with felonies, and then stripping them of their 2A rights. In the meantime, traitorous DAs and judges will plea-bargain away gun crimes of the real criminals.
You just knew Coonman and his spouse-in-the-hood were going to be bad news, but never THIS bad. 🙁

The Mob? Disappearing made men?
Oh, I’m sorry. I’m still waiting for the punchline.
(Or, at least, the “I should GAF”.)
Next up, kicking in doors in the dark of night to arrest those non compliant gun owners.
They’re to be sent to the state’s university system for “re-education”. The authorities realized they had the perfect resource for indoctrination all along.
What we see in Virginia is the scorched earth retreat of an army in its final days of existence.
This is what you voted for if you didn’t vote.
If you choose not to decide you still have made a choice.
This is Bloomberg’s testing ground. He poured millions into the state elections.
This is what he would try if elected POTUS.
Wait til they arrest someone for violating these unconstitutional laws and some of the gun rights groups and liberty minded groups’ lawyers take the case.
I believe these will be challenged and found to be unconstitutional.

“…If you choose not to decide you still have made a choice.”
…not sure if you’re quoting “Rush – Freewill” here or not, but if you are, here’s another Rush song that’s appropriate to our times…
“When they turn the pages of history
When these days have passed long ago
Will they read of us with sadness
For the seeds that we let grow?
We turned our gaze
From the castles in the distance
Eyes cast down
On the path of least resistance
Cities full of hatred
Fear and lies
Withered hearts
And cruel, tormented eyes
Scheming demons
Dressed in kingly guise
Beating down the multitude
And scoffing at the wise
The hypocrites are slandering
The sacred halls of truth
Ancient nobles showering
Their bitterness on youth
Can’t we find
The minds that made us strong?
Oh can’t we learn
To feel what’s right and what’s wrong? What’s wrong…”

…Interesting that a Canadian rock band in the ’70s could describe what’s going on in the United States electorate and in the halls of the United States Congress in the 2020’s so precisely, almost like evil is a constant and must be always attended to lest we be overwhelmed by it…
This is what happens when, what I like to call, “The Militant Morons”, do what they do best. Not Vote. Seriously these idiots are just as bad as Libtards
It’s gonna take heads on pikes, to get the point across.
I’s jes’ sayin’…
“In 1938, the Nazis updated the Weimar gun laws, including an outright ban on possession by Jews.”

We know how that turned out. Not to imply that that’s what the VA Delegates intend, but results are often (claimed to be) contrary to intent.
Sadly for Virginia, the only way to curtail their treasons is to CURTAIL THEIR TREASONS!
Clear-eyed appraisal.
Indict.
Charge.
Try.
Convict.
Excise.
“It’s the only way to be sure!”
Rot has a way of spreading – a rotten apple rarely turns fresh.
Rotten ideas lead to rotten results.
These laws are absolutely contrary to both the US Constitution’s Bill of Rights and the Virginia Constitution.
izlamo delenda est …
These laws will lead to a civil war. You see that “relatives” will get involved. When a father is arrested his brother or son will seek retribution. A cousin will look to see where a politicians mother lives. Graves will be desecrated. Things will be destroyed and tears in social fabric will occur. Things may get ugly and exponentially expand…..
If only there were laws exempting persons of “black face” from holding public office. Wait! Wouldn’t it be unconstitutional?
Oh, I see how that works.

Indeed.
“I do not consent.”
I think I read every book Ayn Rand wrote. Rush did a good job with some of it in music. Her fictional collectivism and anti-capitalist scenarios were spot on despite the romanticism. It is true that a free thinker feels alone all their life, the only comfort is knowing there are others. Voting is not a right so much as a DUTY and an obligation.
